This is with reference to your query sent last Friday through this website regarding HMO enrolment for retirees.
The HMO of retirees is under the LBPSC which you may call at this number (02) 843-2077 local 211 for queries.
Kindly coordinate also with Maam Charito Aguilar of the Alumni Association at 25th Floor LandBank Plaza, Malate or you may call this number (02) 522-0000 local 2419 for the HMO enrolment form and your other queries.
The deadline for HMO enrolment is only until end of January 2009.

The contract with Medserv was terminated effective August 1, 2009. Selection process for the new HMO provider is ongoing and will be finished on or before end of August. The new HMO contract is expected to commence on September if the selection process would go smoothly.

The National Executive Board recently appointed ALVIN D. ARRIZA as the New HMO Committee Chairman. He is also the National Treasurer of LBPEA. A welcome news for every LandBanker...
An increase in annual medical allowance and meal allowance were proposed on the recently concluded meeting of the Ad Hoc Committee on Economic Proposals composed of LBPEA and LandBank Management Representatives.
The meeting was held on May 15, 2009. The proposals will be presented to the LandBank Board of Directors for approval....
